I have been married to Richard Brownen for 33 years. He is a retired school superintendent and currently works part-time for ASAP Energy. Together we manage Brownen Rental Properties here in Weatherford. We have three children, Trevor, Trent, and Terin. Trevor is a CPA and financial analyst for Wexford in Oklahoma City. His wife Haley is a professional photographer. They have a spunky Boston terrier named Broggie. Trent is a pharmacist for Aliance Health Hospital in Woodward. His wife Adrian is an accountant for the same hospital. Our daughter Terin is a SWOSU graduate with degrees in mathematics, finance, and accounting. She stays really busy with her hair and make-up business and will begin working toward a Master’s Degree in Math at OSU this fall and teach in their graduate assistant program in the spring of 2021. Her husband Danny is also a SWOSU graduate with a finance degree. They have two lovable golden doodles named Teddy and Ruby. We have a thirteen-year-old miniature schnauzer named Ebony. She is very sweet, smart, and spoiled and knows lots of tricks! Richard and I also decided to become foster parents about three years ago and currently have a precious five-year-old who’s excited to begin kindergarten this fall!
My very favorite thing to do in my free time is just being with my family. Another favorite of mine is traveling. I have been to nine countries and almost every state in the U.S. Soon I hope to add Hawaii to that list! I also enjoy studying my Bible, reading, watching movies, music, and trying new restaurants. I LOVE teaching, especially math!!
